TO REDUCE GAP BETWEEN RICH AND POOR

Educational reforms:

Children’s future should not be decided on basis of their birth. Everyone should get free to access to education till 12th class. Who are from poor background will be given monthly 1500rs along with mid-day meals and evening meal packet. Every school must be digitalised; teachers should be made updated with currents trends. After 10th he will be thought how to access internet. Practical education. Regularise government teachers in teaching at private schools.  Merit based scholarships

Bringing all schools, colleges, universities, other educational institutions including public intuitions will be brought into a network. Chance to migrate to other course based on ones interest. They will be left to know the future options of each course. Help centres for employability, with free training. Population control. Multiply schools according to population. Increase private participation on education and employability.

Agricultural:

Setting agricultural help centres at each mandal, will be computerised, will test soil, supply bio-pesticides, seeds. Farmers will be given palm radio sets for updating. Will educate them to sell by their elected candidates. Promote Use of 25% of agricultural land for commercial crops.

District level:

Train poor in fine arts. Special interest rates for BPL family savings. Only bio-metric money (cards). Only government can sell alcohol on cards. District governments, full cabinet for all round development of district. Use of political party members for social awareness activities. Empower  courts. Different timings for educating different sections of society based on their work timings. Training to all political representatives.

Health care& misc:

Proper free health care. Free tests. Reservations to all Below Poverty Line (BPL), relaxing low caste people who are economically settled.
